Rules: 
A $ 200.00 cash deposit is reqired to view and bid on vehicles. This deposit does not go towards the purchase of the vehicle. When the vehicles are removed from our premises the deposit will be returned. You will need your bidder number card. If no vehicles are purchased the cash deposits will be returned after the auction is done. All vehicles need to be paid for immediately after the auction. Failure to do so will result in the second bidder being given the opportunity to buy the vehicle. You will loose your deposit and will be banned from our future auctions. All auction vehicles must be removed from our premisies no later than 5pm on the Friday following the auction date. A storage fee off $100.00 per day will be charged to you. Vehicles are sold as is, no warranty applies. There will be no working on vehicles on our property. Pete's Towing assumes no responsibility or liability for damages or items stolen once a vehicle is sold.
